Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice.

Discounts, offers, and promotions are valid only for the period specified.

  1. Orders & Payments
    Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

AgroCares reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
    Free shipping is available above the minimum order value specified on the site.

Delivery timelines vary by location but generally range between 3–7 business days.

AgroCares is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Products are intended strictly for agricultural use.

Customers are responsible for correct application and adherence to safety guidelines.

AgroCares is not liable for misuse or improper handling of products.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

💰 Refund & Return Policy

  1. Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Opened or partially used products.

Items purchased under clearance sales or special discounts.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  1. Refund Process
    Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

  1. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.

Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

AgroCares will cover shipping charges for approved replacements.
